How much does community event coverage cost?
A single edited reel is $199, full event coverage $600, and a five-reel bundle for organisations running regular events is $850. Photography is $150 a session. Fixed and quoted up front. We keep it affordable because most of who we work with is community organisations.
What community events do you cover?
Iftars, fundraisers, youth programs, holiday programs, lectures, festivals and openings. We covered the Swinburne Islamic Society Grand Iftar, Maidstone Islamic Centre's holiday program, and made video for the Northern Youth Centre.
Do you film recurring or program-based events?
Yes. Many organisations run a program across weeks, like a holiday program or a term of youth nights. We can cover it as a series, and a bundle works out cheaper per reel than booking each one separately.
Do you understand community and Islamic events?
Yes. Most of our video work is for mosques, Islamic schools and Muslim community organisations across Melbourne. We know the etiquette, the moments that matter, and how to shoot respectfully without missing the energy.
Which areas of Melbourne do you cover?
All of Melbourne, weighted to the north where we're based, in Epping. We travel across the city as standard and have shot in the west and regional Victoria too.
Can you do both video and photos at one event?
Yes, and it's worth it. One booking, one shoot, and you walk away with a reel for socials and a set of stills for the website, newsletter and reports.
