Let's talk

The event ends. The video doesn't.

An event videographer who shoots for the platform, not the archive. We make the reel people actually watch, share and remember, then deliver it fast enough to ride the moment.

Real events, real edits. We also covered the Swinburne Islamic Society Grand Iftar, one of the bigger community nights on the calendar. The brief never changes: capture the feeling in the room, cut it tight, get it out while people still care.

What you get

Coverage that earns its keep.

01

A hook in the first second

Built for the scroll. The opening frame stops a thumb before anyone decides to keep moving.

02

The whole night, told fast

The speeches, the crowd, the small moments, cut to a reel that feels like being there without the 40 minutes.

03

Made for the platform

Vertical for Reels and TikTok, sized and captioned for where it's actually going to live.

04

Turned around fast

A short reel back in 48 hours when the event is the content. Full coverage on a date we agree up front.

05

Colour and sound, finished

Graded, mixed, music cleared. A finished video you post, not raw clips you have to deal with.

06

Stills if you want them

Photography on the same shoot, so you've got images for the website and socials too.

Honest pricing

Fixed, before the shoot.

A single edited reel is $199. Full event coverage is $600. A brand film runs from $600, and photography is $150 a session. Every number is fixed and quoted before we turn up, so the invoice after the event is the one you already agreed to.

Most Melbourne event videographers charge $800 to $2,500 for a day plus an edit, and you find out the real cost later. We'd rather tell you first. Want the full breakdown? Read what event videography costs in Melbourne.

Questions

Before you book.

How much does an event videographer cost in Melbourne?
A single edited highlight reel starts at $199. Full event coverage is $600, a brand film from $600. All fixed, quoted before the shoot. Melbourne videographers commonly charge $800 to $2,500 a day, so the fixed price usually lands well under that.
How quickly do I get the video back?
A short reel can be back in 48 hours, which matters when the event is the content. Full coverage and brand films take longer for the edit, and we give you the delivery date before we start.
What kind of events do you film?
Community and organisation events mostly: iftars, fundraisers, conferences, festivals, openings, youth programs. We've covered the Swinburne Islamic Society Grand Iftar and made event reels for Ummah Connect, Al Siraat College and Muslim Legal Network.
Do you deliver raw footage too?
We deliver finished, edited videos: colour-graded, sound-mixed, ready to post. We don't hand over raw footage or project files, same as most professional videographers.
Can one event video actually grow our following?
It can if it's made for the platform. One reel we produced took Ummah Connect from 42 to over 5,500 followers, with around 25,000 likes on the video itself, no paid promotion. See the full story →
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Yes. We're Epping-based and cover all of Melbourne as standard. Regional Victoria and interstate are possible, just ask and we'll quote travel up front.

Got an event coming up?

Tell us the date and what it's for. We'll send a fixed quote the same day, no sales call required.
